A large black stone three feet wide and three feet tall lay embedded into the ground. On it's smooth surface was adorned Glyphs Abraxas 'One-Ton', Adren, Glasswalker, Theurge, and Homid. This was the very same stone that he and his brother would sit on as children, as they dreamed of the days when they too were Garou.
'Well we got our wish didn't we brother?' Orion said stunned. He knew that Abraxas died a Hero, he knew this was the way of things. It's did not make it a bit easier. In the twenty five years they spent together they had never been separated for more than six months. It felt to Orion as if a chunk of him had been ripped out by that Name-Breaker if by some sorcery, at the same moment Abraxas died.
----
The horn sounded as they reached the Gates of the Black Fury Home-world. It was a mournful dirge of loss that rang through the mountains. A tall woman with long black hair emerged from the fog covered path. She was dressed in a long black toga, and was followed in a regal procession by several attendants. A single tear stained her regal face as she smiled while taking her oldest son in her arms.
"Tell me Orion, Did he die well?" Cassandra Shadow-Walker asked already knowing the answer. She was possibly the Greatest Theurge of the Furies, the fates whispered in her ears.
The Ahroun responded, and placed his brother in his mothers arms..
----
Orion Stared at the memorial, unable to shake the feeling that a part of him was gone.
"Mother let me bring this old rock back with me for your Memorial...
Brother You probably can't hear me, but I miss you." Orion sat there and let the tears flow.
