Here there be snow

She waited, up in a tree, bag of snowballs at the ready. Because that's what you do when there's snow.

Austen knew something was up. But what? He looked around, walking directly under Georgia's tree of snowballing...

Just a nudge to look up in his head. Then the ball was flying towards his face.

[Rain Singer]

A facefull of snow soon answered the question! It's on! he shouted playfully, throwing snowballs as fast as he could make them.

And this is why we are children of Coyote. She had the high ground, and she was sneaky. But it was icy, so she wasn't moving much. Still, not an easy target.

Snow flakes were still falling pretty steadily since the first day they began falling, covering the whole park in a pretty decent blanket of white. The snow brought it's typical stillness and quiet that was occasionally interrupted by the creaking or snapping of an overloaded branch near by. The areas where the trees were packed closer together only had a light dusting of snow that was able to make it past the branches or was blown in by the wind. The open areas however, had a thick enough layer for someone to use to their advantage as what looked to be a mound of snow started to creep towards the trees.

Keeping as low to the ground as she could and stalking in Hispo form, Sedona moved as stealthily as she could with her overly long tail resting on her back to hide most of her grey stripe. The fluffy white fur that normally made her stand out against the green was now making her rather hard to spot especially if she hid her pink nose and blue eyes. She had a good reason to try and be sneaky in this weather...She knew Georgia was out there somewhere...Waiting...And from the sounds of things, had found a target already.

At this point Austen knew he was underprepared. his best plan? wait till Georgia ran out of snowballs and had to come down for more! He tried his best to keep up, skewering a few on his horn, throwing a few really big ones, waiting.

King of the tree! She'd been prepping for this for HOURS. She had many a bag of snowballs up here.

"You'll have to do better than that, little Brother!"

Relaxing her stealth mode a little once she knew her packmate was occupied with pelting poor Austin with snow, the white wolf began to saunter around so she could come up from behind the two. With a wolfy smirk, Sedona slowly moved up to the tree where she thought she heard Georgia's voice coming from and gave it a good buck with her hind legs. Her intention was not to knock her beta from the tree, but rather to dislodge the snow in the branches to fall on both Georgia and Austin.

Shaking off the snow, Austen gathered up the biggest snowball he could and chucked it at sedona!

She didn't fall. But she had to grab hold. And one of her bags fell out of the tree.

"HEY!"

And here came a big one, right at her Alpha, as she leapt higher in the tree.

Austen raced to capture the fallen bag before Sedona could

The Hispo let out a Muttly-like snicker as she watched her plan shower her pack with snow then quickly leapt forward to claim the falling bag, snatching it out of the air by her jaws. Dropping back to the ground and quickly shifting up to Crinos, Sedona then let out a couple barks as she was nailed with both snowballs then rapidly returned fire.

There was much laughter from the trees, as snowballs flew indiscriminately at her pack mates.
