This will be the rotation for guard duty days. So every 5th day plan to spend the whole day at the sept standing guard duty. During this time you are expected to make roving patrols of the bawn. If anything is found, us your best judgement on how to deal with it, if you don't now how to deal with it, position a sentry on it, and send a messenger to me. If I am not reachable, then find the Grand Elder or Master of the Rite. Remember the Veil isn't just allowing people to see us in our one of our many forms, but also showing our existence, so be careful. If a visitor come during your shift, and howls you will send at least one member of your pack (preferably two) to greet them. You will get all information about who they are, what they are doing here, and if they have any threat to the Sept. If they are Fosterns or below, you may allow them access to the cearn, informing them that is currently a time of war as I did for most of you. if they are Adrens send a messenger to find me, if they are Athro's or above, find the Grand Elder then me. Should be be graced with a Legendary member of the Nation, howl this fact loudly to the sept, unless they ask you not to. If you are unsure weather or not to allow somebody access to the cearn, I will back up your choice not to.
Until proven wrong, I trust the alphas of each pack to know how best to deploy their members in the field. If I am wrong on this I will be forced to station a Guardian with that pack, until that Guardian is satisfied that the Alpha and pack can stand a proper watch. If you leave must leave the bawn during your day of duty, you must first ask my permission first. The sept will never be unguarded by at least one pack. As we have 5 guard teams that means another guard team must be found to fill your guard team, that did not just come off of guard duty the day before, before you even come to ask me.
If it turns out that due to the size of the bawn changes in duty rota must be changed I will inform all pack alphas as soon as possible.
If I find that a pack is derelict in it duty, I will punish them as according to the severity of the dereliction. This could be anywhere from a "Talking To", to extra days of duty, or even, if the case is severe enough, Punishment Rites. Remember Ye Shall take no Action to Allow a Cearn to be Violated.
