New Feature: Post descriptions

Check out my cool post here. If you noticed when looking at this post it allowed me to create a Subject AND a Post description, like a sort of sub-title for your posts. This could be used for a variety of things, but is most useful for giving your readers a little insight into what to expect within your post other than the simple title itself.

I envision stuff like:

New Rule for player vote
Ghoul Thaum Paths

or

Sanitarium 69: Wicked
Mad Tom Drops a House on Durante Giovanni's Sister
