Hello dolls!
The Prop Shop yesterday did not work out, so we will be meeting there FRIDAY at 9AM to pick things up and take them straight to the B&GC! Please let us know if you can help out, as Ben will be building so we won't have access to his van.
Wednesday, October 22nd, we'll be taking stuff from the Prop Shop at 7pm to Alaina's house in Shoreline.
Thursday, October 23rd, we'll be meeting at Alaina's at 4pm to load things up and drive them down to the B&GC. We can unload there at 6, at which point we'll start setting up!
We'll need several people with trucks or spacious back seats to help us both Wednesday and Thursday.
