Google maps claims distance is 2063 mi. Since movement speed is in yards, I'll reduce to yards: 3630880 yards (1760 yards in a mile).
Kindred A has 40 minutes past sunset/before sunrise to wake up. Kindred B has 60 minutes.
Sunset on Oct 29th is 5:56 PM. Sunrise on Oct 30th is 7:50 AM. This is 13 hours and 54 minutes.

They aren't meeting on the first day, so we don't need to worry about staggering start times, just how far they each travel the first day. Kindred A removes 2 hours, 20 minutes from the available time, Kindred B removes 3 hours from the available time (1 hour for hunting for a haven for each). Kindred A has 11 hours, 34 minutes available to travel, Kindred B has 10 hours, 54 minutes to travel.

Kindred A moves at 10+3*4=22 yards/round, *(1+3) = 88 yards/round with celerity.
Kindred B moves at 10+3*3=19 yards/round, *(1+5) = 114 yards/round with celerity.
A round is 3 seconds, so there are 20 rounds in a minute.
In one minute, Kindred A moves 1760 yards, Kindred B moves 2280 yards. There are 60 minutes in an hour.
For the night of Oct 29, Kindred A moves 1,221,440 yards. Kindred B moves 1,491,120 yards.

On Oct 30, there are 918,320 yards left. They will meet this night. Neither will need to look for a haven.
Sunset on Oct 30 is 5:55 PM.
Kindred A has 20 minutes before Kindred B wakes up, and travels 35,200 more yards before kindred B wakes up.
There are 883,120 yards left to travel, and the combined speed of the two kindred is 4040 yards/minute. It will take them 3 hours, 38 minutes combined to travel that much space.

3 hours, 38 minutes + 5:55 pm + 1 hour (the time until kindred B woke up) = 10:33 PM.

In that time, Kindred A moves 384,725 yards, and Kindred B moves 498394 yards (this isn't exact- yards travelled is rounded to the minute mark on the assumption that google maps rounded to the mile and we don't care about seconds).

Kindred A total travel time: 932.6 miles. So they meet 932.6 miles outside Seattle. Google maps claims that the 90->94 interchange is 823 miles out of Seattle. Eyeballing the map with the 100 mi difference meter shows that the intersection is just west of Miles City (technically right about the halfway point between Forsyth and Miles City, actually, a mile or so west of where Frontage road takes a northward turn away from the 94/12.)

For those curious, assuming they're each weigh ~160 pounds themselves (See Retaining the Quick Blood on why the blood does not necessarily have to be portable for longer than an hour), the resulting collision contains 326,376 joules of energy from kinetic energy of the two moving bodies. This is probably converted to other forms of energy (depending on how bouncy the kindred are, some might remain kinetic, but you're likely to have some noise in there too). This is enough energy (if entirely converted to vertical kinetic and ultimately to potential energy, which is unlikely) to send both kindred 104 meters into the air. According to the book (physics disagrees), this is enough to hit terminal velocity and they both take 10 dice of lethal when they hit the ground.

In any case, the collision hurts and is noisy.

Initial acceleration is also interesting- for Kindred B is from 19 yards/round to 114 yards/round in the space of 3 seconds (29 m/s^2, or 3 times the force of gravity). This is roughly the acceleration the space shuttle astronauts feel, so there's a distinct feeling of pressure when you pop celerity, but it's survivable.
