Upon reviewing the facts, this staff has decided that no OOC knowledge was used in perpetration of the events of last saturday. All of their intentions were in character, and reasonable for someone who had any fear for their life or removal from the city, as well as someone who is declaring praxis. Sean and Paul did not cheat, and did not use any information from when they were on staff in their praxis seizure.
