Proposed changes by Wolf Conn HST of the Vampire Sphere.
1. Voting eligibility-
Proposed amendment:
Players who would like to vote must play in 6 games per calendar year. If the player wishes to play in another sphere they may count those games for the purposes of voting in the other sphere. However, if said player does so, the player revokes their ability to vote in the ‘temporary’ sphere.
2. Player advocate assignment process-
Proposed amendment:
All player advocates must be voted in by the sphere. The voting process should be run by the head storyteller, and will require a majority of present players.
3. The creation of a new sphere-
Proposed amendment:
Application process involves the majority approval of the other head storytellers. 30 days from the approval date there will be an election held for the HST position. For this vote the normal voting procedure are suspended and anyone who qualifies to vote in any sphere, is eligible to vote in the inaugural vote.
As per the charter:
Changes to Charter- Any attempt to change this document needs to be presented to the entire player base of EC. At least one month needs to be given so that appropriate discussion can happen. At the end of this time, a popular vote is held and a 2/3 majority of voters needs to exist to alter any rules. All players, PAs and staff members are entitled to a vote.
1.Anyone attending the game may suggest an alteration to an HST.
2.A willing HST will document the alteration and present it to the other HSTs for discussion over the coming month. They will establish a timeline for a vote.
3.Voting is overseen by an HST not involved in bringing forward the proposal. Counting of the votes shall be done by two agreed-upon HSTs.
