Changing HST - I'm Running For the Position!

Salutations WoD people! This is David Bill putting up a post letting all Ya'll know I'm running for HST of the Changeling sphere! I had a very successful run under Jason for Werewolf's Last term as an AST, and feel I've got what it takes to stand up and make some magic happen in Changeling!
Things to note about our current campaign - Still being decided (mostly figured out though) -
+I plan to Keep the Dice in place for the trial period we had discussed as a sphere, If it doesn't work out? It doesn't. Thus far I think it's been working out great, but time will really tell the difference I feel.
+Changeling 20th Is Definitely on my Mind, but I don't think it'd fit the exact transition of the game. Unless we did a complete wipe of the board in regards to the world/Characters, it wouldn't be an easy transition. THAT BEING SAID: There are some arts I feel would work splendidly in our game, and am working to convert them to our current system. There's not MUCH rebuilding I have to do, but there's SOME. I also wish to convert and factor in the New Nightmare dice system as it's a decent method for tracking the 'crazy' issue that changelings have, and works in favor of helping balance the difference of banality/being broken, and Bedlam/Deep dreaming death that isn't really represented in the current sphere of Changeling. The other being unleashing and it's effects! As well as the new kith available, some more allowable than others, though they'd need a conversion over to our version of
+A staff that works and talks together - Nails out it's issues, and plans for what it can! Among this comes several parts of the way I generally ST. There's sometimes an over-arcing 'plot' currently happening, but I don't plan on any of that being world ending by any means. No dooms-day ploy, no instantaneous winter.....But this doesn't outlie that those things CANT happen! In fact if the player-ship goes down those paths, and irritates those threads of fate, I'm not afraid to squeeze and drag out the scary plot-skeletons from the closet, and rattle them in their faces. Spooky-Scary-World-Endy-Stuff can indeed happen, but only if you guys dig deep and really give it your all!
+Get as much as the FULL rules-set as we're using, and put it somewhere on Drive where I can just throw it at people. TO me sometimes it feels our rules-set isn't always available, and I want it to be AVAILABLE. I want rules transparency, and I want people to be able to understand/look at what's happening in a scene/Know the ways about their characters that'll keep issues & other things from cropping up that pause a scene or keep a scene from running due to rules jargon.
+There's always the stupid BS that happens when a staff changes over...and we're not all familiar with your NPCS or your backgrounds. There's been a lot of the ST shuffle over the years, and I understand that a little more than most people I think. That being said: I'm totally cool with you keeping your characters and any special kith anyone's playing! I don't wanna audit, I don't wanna cut people out of the game outright and scream to the heavens for new characters. If you want to retire to start someone new under the staff - I offer a 3/4 refund of EXP of the character - treasures and stuff will be a quarter of what you have refunded. This'll be discussed with the player-ship over-all, and we'll see where we're going on this crazy cruise-ship called 'Glamour'.
