Howls Of Peace sat there in the back corner of the pub it was 6 in the morning and Revenna's habbits had worn off on him. If we were going to change things that meant rules. Rules to help the caren work more efficiently. He was thinking in terms of the future now.

Thinking hard in his creative ways, Howls of Peace thought about the Illogical and Logical points of the Litiany, and of the Karoush, the conclusion was obvious, that to bring so many different cultures and minds together that you had to have common ground in which everyone can see in each others eyes. Some of the Karoush was parts that make a good being, Honoring your word: Remain Truthful. While some of the garou laws were also appropriate for the behavior of a good Being

As he sorted through the list in his mind he began to wright each one down, not mattering of the importance in which they came to his head

Howls of peace looks up wondering why the bar is so empty, his watch now read 9:00 AM it had been a long night and his brain was still rattling, he wanted to bounce ideas off of someone any one. He looked around straining. " I wonder when they will start breakfast. I hope it is a raditional one with eggs bacon and toast."

Amalric walks through the back door of the bar and orders a beer and finds a corner table, sets his hammer on the floor and sits down.

Howls Of Peace looks over at Amalric and motions him to come over to his corner table. he had a few papers laying about but there is still a clear spot for any one to sit down.

"A Little early to be drinking don't you think? I can use some help if your up to a little intellectual challenge."

"it is before 7:00 am, so no it is not to early. what do you need help with?

Well There seems to be allot of confusion about. People seem to have a lack of structure and well are dying needlessly. It is fighting the Wyrm, but it seems preventable. I was thinking of democratically drafting rules for every Being in out little community here. such that we can all see eye to eye as equals and actually have plans of attack where we don't get eliminated or sevearly mangled. Here is what I have so far.

"the list seems complete and to the point. How would you deal with challenges involving two different shifter breeds ?"

I feel it should be done with Medeation personally. Most shifting breeds other than Garou have different ways of dealing with problems besides challenge. Bastet do not have challenge like Garou do. I believe that the situation should be talked out and if such need for a fight or challenge is necessary then it can be settled easily. Otherwise words and problem solving should be the first course of action. This is entirely with the assumption that this is a conflict between Garou and those who are not Garou. In the event two Garou have an issue then I would hope that medieation is the first choice, but Garou love there challenge. I am just kin and have no heavy sway on Garou law, I just merely wish to assist in a peaceful existence and sharing of cultures.

Death Dancer pushes the door open and walks in.... she reaches up and removes the newspaper from her mouth, giving one the impression she just shifted to homid. She walks over to a nearby table and spreads the paper out on the table.
