February 12th Site Availability

On February 12th, the BGC has some donors holding an annual dinner upstairs until 8 PM. We do still have use of the gym if we want it, but we won't have access to the upstairs until after that time.

Early spheres can make their own decisions as to whether or not they wish to play in the gym, play a shorter game, or play at an alternate location that week. As there will be mundanes in the building, if your sphere is choosing to play on as usual, please keep the noise at a respectful level and be extra-cautious regarding smoking far away from the building during those first couple of hours.

I have received word from both Changeling and Mage that they will not need the site on the 12th - Changeling is holding game off-site and Mage is not holding game that week. Please check with your individual spheres regarding their plans if you have questions, but don't show up early as we won't be there to open the space until between 9 and 10!
