Ulrim's stunned silence continued after he sat down from being named the new Herald. His fury burned within his chest, as did his indignation at the demotion. He could only hope now that the wheels he set in to motion would continue to spin...
His cheeks burned with embarrasment and fury. He ached to reach for a weapon... He lusted for a moment to cut the strings of the puppet... To burn the puppet... To punish the puppetmaster...
And then... And then Count Karamurza began to fall, again wounded by some mysterious force... This burning hole in his chest, and the Troll's furious, tight lipped anger broke a little, and his mouth made the slightest twitch that, if indulged, would have turned in to a feral, cruel grin.
