An announcement would make its way around the county:
For all members of the Emerald County, a reminder: open, informal Court is being held at the Mercer Island Asylum Freehold on Saturday, March 13 at 6:45 pm. All members of the county are highly encouraged to be there, as it is the first Court held by your new Countess and some changes are being made to the county. Members of other counties are, of course, welcome to attend as well.
Also, all those who hold official Court positions (Knight of the Realm, Herald, Scribe, and the like) as well as all fae with rank of Knight and higher need to speak to the Countess as soon as possible. Added to this list are any fae who currently are "owners" of a freehold.
