Thanks everyone who participated and made a great first meeting. I sent the full doc out to all Members, but here's a summary of what's going on for everyone to see.
The members have voted on the following:
1) To have NOTR pay for the web services of EC, including the websites, boards and email addresses used by staff et al. This will be 45$/month and only paid if we have at least one month's rent in the bank after paying the current month.
2) To reimburse Sarah for the cost of starting NOTR. The Members paid 35$ themselves to cover the one-time costs of a quick start-up, and authorized Sarah to pay herself back the remaining 72$ from the original costs of opening NOTR.
3)To have the players vote on when we leave the BGC. To this effect there will be another board post about the vote, and a box to put your vote in at the table on 3/26.
4) To try out a new snack-bar option this summer while we are outside, and for NOTR to have a budget of 45$/month for a 3 month trial period. Look out for more posts about this, a poll to see which snacks you like best, how to volunteer your time or your culinary skills, and where you can go to get snacks and drinks over the summer months without leaving campus. Plus! a shiney cool RP opportunity.
5) To ask the players to donate goods toward one or more raffles over the summer for NOTR fundraisers. Time to clean out your closet? Donate old books, dice, costumes, toys, whatever! More posts to follow.
