Hey guys.
I don't know how many people actually check this from week to week, but I wanted to say something previous to completely taking the hat off, so here it is.
You guys were a lot of fun; the game often ran counter to my personal views on genre and theme, but honestly, that was more than okay. Because in the grand scheme of things, the game wasn't about me, or Lily, or Lee. It was about you guys, and the stories that you all could find in our little slice of the WoD.
I had a few specific goals, in stepping up. One of which was changing the status quo, and the other was attempting to make all the players feel as though their voice was heard, even if IC, things went counter to that. The second goal was mixed, and I can recognize that, but the first one... thanks to what happened when I was an AST, and what I set in motion as an HST, I can honestly say that Mage is a different world from what it was when I came back after my hiatus.
And really, that's the one thing I can step away from STing with that makes me smile; that all of you did things that were not good, bad, or neutral, but they were darned sure interesting. It makes me wish that my life's schedule were more stable, so I could watch it all from above for even longer.
If I can continue finding the time, I'll return as a player. But even if I don't, I wanted you guys to know that it was a great run, and that I look forward to hearing about the next lunatic thing you guys pull trying to "save" reality.

I've never played a Sleeper in a Mage game before, and while it was frustrating at times it was definitely worth it. And now my character is a robot. O.o Which I think will be more fun than I would have thought.
