After we got bumped out of our 6 PM rental time on a few occasions last year, I made it clear when signing for this season that we really needed to keep our whole time slot every night. There was already one other renter signed with the BGC prior to when I signed the lease, and they'll be using the space until 6 this Sunday for a craft fair. They may be in the space a bit later cleaning up, but their event stops at 6.
Please respect the other renters by not entering the building for game before 6. However, at 6, the space is ours so even if people are still cleaning up we're welcome to enter and play as usual. As always, please also help us maintain our excellent relationship with the BGC by smoking across the street/at the end of the block and not crowding around the gym door waiting for 6 to arrive like a bunch of Black Friday shoppers looking to mace some old lady over a Tickle Me Elmo.
Hopefully this is the only time we'll have to deal with this, but I wanted everyone to know so nobody was caught off guard by a bunch of people in the building if they arrived early!
