Money we need to raise in September in order to meet our goals;
Minimum: $135
Deisred Goal: $485
As you can see, our Desired Goal remaining amount is totally within our reach if everyone gives at least as much as they did in August, YAY!
What this money pays for?
Well for starters, the Haunted House budget is now collective, so people can direct without having to pay out of pocket (volunteer!).
It also pays for our indoor, heated, lighted and bathroomed winter quarters, which we hope to meve back into in October (hence the 1 month deadline).
Additionally, raising this money now helps us keep notr and access to the BGC on a voluntary donation basis. Should our voluntary donations ever drop too low, we would have to make the hard choice of instituting mandatory payments or loosing our indoor space, which is not a thing we want to happen. NOTE*** we have been raising less than 500$ each month during the summer and we will need to up that to at least $700 a month starting in October.
So please donate what you can, and also remember the silent auction we will be holding later this summer, we're currently accepting donations of gently used or new shwag that you feel your fellow gamer geeks might be willing to donate to notr to win.
