Everything from the first moment until now was crystal clear in her mind. All the lives she had lived before and after what she was now, each one she could look back and forth on in her mind and play like a movie reel, why was it that memory was gone? The stretch of missing memory couldn't be more than a few months, a year at the most. However in it was everything that had ever mattered in her last lives. Countess Lorraine had agreed to look into her curse for her and had come back with the worst of tidings etched upon her face. Lorraine told her of the the Proposal to be married to a Sidhe, not just any Sidhe either. He had been of House Varich in Russia.
Only the memories following her betrayal seemed to be returning to light. She was now a doll fleeing though neighboring countries, passed from one doll collector to another. She had no idea how she came to be a doll, only that she couldn't return home.
Sighing Tris pulled herself off the floor and headed up to the dock hoping to find them there, if he was still alive things needed to be set right, if not there were still things she needed to know. It had been long enough.
Sure enough they were there, clearing her throat the little doll held herself as tall as her plaster legs would hold her and held her head up speaking as loud as the curse of the Sluagh would allow. "Captian Countess Lorraine and Dame Gwen, I would be greatly in your debt if you would help me find this Sidhe, or at least a lead if I am to go at it alone from here on out." With that she did her very best little doll curtsy and stayed in a bow for as long as it would please them.
