Vigilante Justice in Tacoma

Late Saturday night there was a strange call to the Tacoma precinct. At first, cops thought it was a joke.

"At in Tacoma, the Los Locos gang are to be found--their peraphenalia is all over the house. You should pick them up."

The strange voiced stranger hung up without another word.

The cops arrived to a strange scene. Well-known gang members of the Los Locos gang were tied up in a circle, most of them unconscious or just coming to. Their weapons were placed neatly by the door, far away from the incapacitated gang members, and sure enough, a search discovered ten kilos of cocaine. It was apparently a traffic hiding spot.

"The police department do not encourage this kind of vigilante justice. The orgy of evidence alone leaves something to be worried of," Comments Sherrif Trent of the Tacoma PD. The chances of these criminals getting sentenced with such a set-up seems unlikely to him, as they have such a clear case of interference with the crime scene.

"I saw a man with a cape," Comments Cheryl Butler, a woman who lived just across the street, completely unaware of the drug traffic going on in the house across from hers.

"He was batman!" Her son, Gerald, who had been staying up past his bedtime reading comic books, was quick to give us his description of the vigilante protecting Tacoma streets.
