The date of our last game(s) at the B&GC for the fall/winter season is the last Saturday in May, the 25th, and our first game(s) of the spring/summer season at the UW is the first Saturday in June, the 1st.

Please ask your sphere storytellers for specific locations of play per sphere. EDIT: OR READ BELOW

Just a reminder that tomorrow night 5/24 is the LAST night the games will be playing at the B&GC this season.

Please remember to take *extra* care to clean up after yourself. Remove all trash, leave no cigarete butts on the pavement. Leave no personal items or cell phones or jackets behind! We won't be hanging about to collect it later! Burn all Formori husks and bloodform Koldunists in designated receptacles only...

Be extra receptive to your NOTR representatives, Kaine, Tai and Nate if they need assistance at the B&GC and thank them for their support this year in opening up and locking down the B&GC every night, coming early and staying late so that we all have a place to play.

The *following weekend* June 1st we'll be moving to the University of Washington, Red Square area, however each game is in a different location generally and get pretty spread out across the campus - do yourself a favor and check with your HST of choice as to where your sphere is meeting on the 1st, then tell your friends - especially newbies that might not read the boards!

Thanks for putting this together, this is amazingly useful!
But...any chance you could make the text something that will show up better than the dark grey? It is really hard to read!

It was dark grey because it was pending approval from the mapmaker service. They denied it unfortunately so I don't know if this will show up for long. They don't want us creating 'events', just places. Apparently a place that is a meeting place only during certain times is too many dimensions for them, lol. So I'll try to create a different style map when I have time if this one barfs. It's working as of this post tho - and they are in white.

tldr version;

• Changeling - Front side of Odegaard Library at the picnic tables if it's dry (West side next to the big George statue) and the East covered sideof the same building if it's raining.
• Demon - Back side (north side) of Kane hall on the stairs when it's dry, up in the covered second floor when it's wet (also acessible from the N side) - same area as the Vampire game.
• Mage - Down the stairs to the south side of the Theatre near the weird looking sculpture.
• Vampire - Back side (north side) of Kane hall on the stairs when it's dry, up in the covered second floor when it's wet (also acessible from the N side)
• Werewolf - same as Changeling - Front side of Odegaard Library at the picnic tables if it's dry (West side next to the big George statue) and the East covered sideof the same building if it's raining.

Hey there me and the hubby came last weekend! just wanted to know if since we r gonna be outside will there be lighting? can people bring snacks!! like id love to make cookies and bring them for all of you! xD should we dress warm? i was wearing realy reveling close last weekend not sure if i wanna dress like that if we will be spending time outside lol. will we beable to smoke on the grounds or is ther designated smoking areas? sorry there r so many questions!! but this will be are second time coming to the larp. we loved it to!! you were all so very nice to us! okay kool well hope to here from ya!! ahhhwwwooooooo!!

Well, I can answer some of those...
1) No lights other than standard exterior night lighting, so bring your own portable illumination if you plan to wander away from the buildings or street lights (as applicable), or if you night vision is particularly bad.
2) People can ALWAYS bring snacks! Gamers are notoriously hungry and poor...
3) Dressing in layers is a good plan; it may start warm in the evening but chill down appreciably as the night goes on... Or bring a warm cloak or blanket to wrap up in.
4) There are smoking areas available, and more than enough smokers to point the way!

It was great to have new faces and we look forward to seeing you again!

Iam so sorry i couldnt be there we had major car issuse last night are starter is bad i was so upset cuase i had cookies and treats and everything...ughh so sad right now...well hopefuly we will beable to be there next weekend. hope you all had a good time last night, sorry again we couldnt make it..

thanks i wish i would have known it earlier but when we went out to the car to leave it was already 9 30 its ok hopefuly next weekend though and thanks its nice to know people here are that genoruous to lend a ride i ll remember that in the future! thank you
