Investigation into Harbor Island.

Hello, this is Modash Trahal, with a channel 5 exclusive. There might not be much information, but over the last week or so something happened in Seattle's “Harbor Island” dock equipment throughout the facility reported malfunctions and shorts after an incident brought down power across the island. There are dock workers and members of the Department of Homeland security present. I cant confirm this, but unnamed sources are indicating that some type of terrorist act happened. Rumor is that it was a bomb of some sort, likely held in a storage container that went off earlier then expected, hence hitting only port facilities rather then some other target that might suffered greater and more long term damage. Thanks Jim, Its true, we might be in the middle of the day, but there's not a car on the street here on i5 near the Convention center. The entire section between 520 and 90 has been shut down due to unsafe driving conditions. This has caused back ups all over the place. There are dozens of other areas that have one or more lanes shut down as well. Sources tell me that the budget just has not been there for the last decade to use high quality materials in the work for the roads.
