The Tacoma Art Museum has been declared an Elysium by our beloved Baron Richter.
This is a true Elysium. There is no guest list. There is no upper deck. There is no limitations of who is welcome and protected on the grounds of our Elysium. All supernaturals are welcome. All beings safe, so long as they also uphold the rules of Elysium.
I have been named keeper of this Elysium. I am not Keeper. There is no status involved, it is not an official position I can tote about and raise myself above others in the Elysium. Rather it's a promise to you that I will protect and uphold the grounds of Elysium, under the traditions and in the spirit Elysium was originally intended - before the Camarilla was formed.
Follow these rules and you will be protected under them as well.

- The destruction of art within an Elysium shall be a violation of Hospitality and dealt with appropriately.
- Elysium is neutral ground.
