Cheryl lets us borrow props for the Haunted House AND other special game events (although we have not used this option in some time) for FREE, and part of our deal is to provide help cleaning and organizing a couple times a year.
In addition to being a really cool trade deal, if we do not have their assistance, we cannot pull off the awesome haunted house that gets us our discount at the BGC for indoor playing, and then we'd have nowhere to go this winter.
Cheryl is also offering pizza to people who come and help her to come clean up/redo the loft.
STs usually also offer XP for this shindig because it benefits the whole game by maintaining our relationship with Mad Dog and the BGC.
