Tragedy struck a local diner this past weekend when one of their patrons was gunned down in an apparent lovers' quarrel. According to eyewitnesses two young women had an argument concerning ones infidelity to the other leading to one of them being shot before the shooter fled the scene with the victims head. Local police officials are currently in pursuit of a young woman with short dark hair and dark clothing seen on the surveillance cameras within the diner and request that if anyone sees this woman to immediately call 911 as she is viewed as armed and dangerous.
On a related note, one of our reporters who was passing by the scene claims that two individuals made off with the deceased body in a county vehicle, both of whom claimed to be the victims cousins. A man by the name of Christian, decorated police officer and a young woman by the name of Emily Giovanni, who we have been unable to confirm as being connected to local law enforcement or the local medical examiners office, both stated that the victim was their cousin and when questioned by our reporter became violent and aggressive. Our reporter, in fear of his own safety left and wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, but this does beg the question: Is our local police department showing nepotistic tendencies?
