Hi guys! So yes I am throwing my hat in and am excited about the opportunities. So first with my experience: I have actually been at ECC and SBC before that for 14 years -ish. About 10-ish years ago I was apart of a group that started a Friday night Larp called SIN I was HSt for a bit before we changed over from a Cam to a Sabbat one then I was an Ast till it ended. I have been paper person and Ast for Changeling for 2 years under Erin. I have also ran many table top games running from D&D to World of Darkness.

For my staff I will be having Denise, Kyle Johnson and David Burke to assist me. We intend to continue in the world that we have left, if there is anything left after the final boss fight. We have no plans for any major rules changes. We do want to wrap anything that hasn't been finished up. I want to do more with histories, backgrounds and the mortal world in general. To get the ball rolling, I have a question. How do you/your staff plan to deal with the massive power difference between old characters/new players? Without keeping new players involved, we won't be able to keep them.

There are always ways to involve people in what is going on. I want to do a lot more pack oriented plots, which will encourage people to find packs and work together as a pack. I also want to do more plots for those of lower rank so that they get a chance to do things as well. I really believe that involving people in plot and giving them things to do gets people interested in what is going on and help with them sticking around.
