XP rewards upgraded and approved by all spheres!
Positional Multipliers:
Some jobs are harder than others. They require weeks or even months of planning and coordination and cannot just be counted by hours of time spend building, driving or acting.
These positions should come with a multiplier. The xp earned by hours and tasks they accrue will be multiplied by the numbers indicated.
X1.5 Everything Multiplier: (50% bonus)
Directors (people who design, coordinate and run at least one scene for the HH)
Chief Builder (someone who does advance planning and construction of sets/props for more than one/ not their own scene)
Head Make-up (someone who does advance planning of make-up effects for more than one / not their own scene)
Captain Visqueen (the person in charge of the visqueen maze, and overall construction of the house around and between the individual scenes)
Stage Manager (the person in charge of keeping the HH running smoothly and repaired on the night of the HH)
X2 Everything Multiplier: (100% bonus)
The Producer (this person oversees the HH from start to finish, staffs every position, plans every aspect of coordination and organization)
Situational Modifiers:
Some services are more important/harder to staff than others. These are awarded Bonuses to encourage people to take on the extra challenges or responsibilities.
Tasks & Rewards:
1) Pre-Production Parties/ Rehersal: Any event to make props, costumes, make-up effects, etc for the HH. The event must include people who don't normally live in the host's place, and should allow people to share resources, materials and talents.
1xp per hr
Hosting a Pre-Production Party modifier: The Host offers/provides the space, sends out invites, and coordinates who should bring what to maximize resource sharing.
X2 for the day, or 2xp per hour
2) Going on Prop Shop Trips:
Trip 1: scouting 1xp per 1 hr
Trip 2: fetching 2xp per 1hr
Trip 3: returning 3xp per 1 hr
Using your car to carry props or extra helpers modifier: +5xp
3) Building the HH:
Weekday Evening setups at the BGC: 1xp per 1 hr
Sat set up (morning to start of HH): 2 xp per 1 hr
Sat HH live (taking an active role, not just hanging out in the green room until tear down) 15xp
Sat tear down 3xp per hour or 15xp (whichever is higher, in case we finish fast!)
stay till cleanup is complete modifier: +10xp
4) Having a predetermined roll in the HH live: we get a lot of last minute volunteers, we'd like to reward people for signing up in advance to fill the needed roles and showing up on time to perform them. This would not include ppl who perform these tasks without pre-committment.

5) Money spent outside of NOTR Budget. This will not include anything NOTR bought or anything which was reimbursed by NOTR even if it was originally paid for by a volunteer.
