-
The 520 and the Montlake Bridge have been raised for the past hour. Nearby PA systems have been constantly repeating the song “London Bridges Falling Down”. Environmental groups have claimed responsibility on twitter, stating that the attack is in protest of the 520 bridge project, and the damage it may cause to local Orca populations.
-
We would like to apologize to the Mayor and the viewing public for the earlier report that the mayor’s son had a warrant out for his arrest for attempting to smuggle drugs into the city, and that said son was currently flying over Seattle in a stolen helicopter while evading police. It has come to our attention that the police feed was manipulated by the hacker group Anonymous, and that the mayor’s son was at a party in Cincinnati the whole night. According to the Seattle Police Department, there are no warrants out for his arrest.
-
We would like to apologize to our viewers for previously announcing that Moons 12 was performing in downtown Redmond. Contrary to earlier reports, it now appears that it was a prank caused by the guerrilla comedy group “Improv Offensive”.
-
The Kirkland bomb has been found and safely detonated, with only minimal damage to the surrounding buildings and no casualties. After authorities have thoroughly checked the area for other explosive devices people will be able to return to their residences and businesses.
