Holiday Craft Fair MOVED to DECEMBER 14

Once again lovely Amber has offered to organize a Holiday Craft Fair for EC.

Vendors: for 5$ (donated to NOTR) you can set up your wares in the gym Dec 7 to sell to our players!

Shoppers: Come and see a wide variety of handmade items, do some xmas shopping and support your fellow gamers in their creative endeavors!

Umm what time is this fair happening that saturday? Because the Gym is Sabbat's playspace during the early slot from 6-9. We have a pretty decent sized game and our players typically take up most of the available space. I'm willing to work this out, but that discussion needs to happen before our playspace is given away.

That's cool. We'll chat at game. Mostly I just need to know where they need to set up and make sure that a) there is still enough room for my players, and b) that they aren't disrupting our game. I'm sure we can work this out.

Hey crafty people,

So, for you vendors time line for the fair is as follows

I will arrive and pull tables from 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Set up for vendors and collection for vendor fee's from 7:00 pm 8:00 pm

Selling time from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Tear down and tables moved back from 11:00 pm till finished
