So, according to the records, in December we collected 766.50 at the table and another 100 from paypal, for a total of
$866.50 raised in Dec. YAY!
Additionally, due to the raised awareness in November created by the vote, we raised over $2,500 in November. That's right, in the single month of November, you guys pitched in more than 2.5k, which is AWESOME. That puts us back in a safe buffer zone.
Current bank balance (after Jan rent was paid) $2,690. Good work everyone!
But don't get lax, please. We would love to continue to raise more than rent each month, we have some small licensing fees that get paid to keep us in business, and we can only reimburse the webmonkey for the website when we have more than 2x rent.
At this point, although we have the funds to reboot the snack bar, we do not have enough volunteers to do so. Until we are able to staff the table all night & find someone to tote the snack bar to and from game each week, we will not be renewing the snack bar.
