I'm not sure how best to get an all sphere discussion going. It's not an NOTR issue. NOTR cannot change or enforce the charter or any rules aside from those pertaining to the money and the space. But, I really want this conversation to happen.
If I've committed some grave internet faux pas by doing this, I apologize, please let me know if there's a better way, but it seems like almost no one reads the ALL OCC board, so I'm putting this link here so everyone has a chance to see where to go to join the conversation.
This is meant to be a game-wide discussion of how conflict resolution and punishment are handled in our community, so I didn't want it limited to only one sphere's ooc boards.
