Not completely shut-down, but almost. From WSDOT:
**DRIVER ALERT** Friday, March 21 to the morning of Monday, March 24 - All but one lane of the northbound I-5 collector-distributor between the Washington State Convention Center and I-90 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday for expansion joint replacement work.
During the closure the following ramps will be closed:
The northbound I-5 off-ramp to James and Madison Streets.
The Edgar Martinez Drive South and South Dearborn Street on-ramps to northbound I-5.
