So, as we move through the next few games, we want each of these founding games to be awesome in some way. That's why we are offering free Background dots for participating. What we need from the players is something to make these feel 'special' in some way.

Event Schedule for the games!

Here's an example of what we need.

Tables!
Chairs!
Snacks!
Hanging Fabric!
The ability to hang Fabric!
Lanterns (not dependent on cords)
Music!
Drinks to Share!
Other period specific props!

Bringing stuff to game will get you card pulls.

Also, because we want this game to be awesome, Josh has worked out a deal with a local Costume Shop. For the next two months, if you go in there and mention our game you'll get a 15% discount on rentals and purchases! Isn't that fantastic?!

Showing up in period garb will get you card pulls. (and probably noms if I know my players)

If you haven't spoken to Chris about an NPC to play for these events, do so ASAP. The sooner we know about it the more of a character we'll have for you than 'Oh... un... that guy's ghoul!".

These will be fun. Come play! Shake us down for system! Shake us down for scenes! Figure stuff out! Ask questions!

Hi there! I ended up buying a bunch of small round tables to bring to game (6 small cocktail type tables and 8 shorter round metal tables). If you have any folding/camp chairs you can bring tonight it would be super helpful!

Similarly, I have many red rectangular tablecloths but few round ones. If you happen to have a set of round table cloths please bring them. Table decorations and fake candles might also give us some good ambiance

As an aside, one of my favorite things in D&D was the Deck of Many Things, and it was my goal to one day own one of those things; the idea that you will show up in a puff of smoke like a genie, and offer me a random card that does *something* makes me UNREASONABLY giddy.
