I'm Joh Oso: I want to be one of your Player Advocates

Why would I want to be a player advocate; a thankless job that centers-around dealing with interpersonal issues? Short answer: I feel like I have the investment in this community and the skill set to help arbitrate interpersonal issues without letting it bleed over into the way I interact in-character.
In regards to my qualifications:
*I've been professionally trained in intermediary skills and conflict de-escalation.
*I'm a data scientist, which leads to me being incredibly thorough with my investigations and building my case on facts rather than conjecture or hearsay.
*I will discipline players and staff in a fashions that is fair and just. I have no fear of repercussion for taking my responsibilities seriously, from any player or staff member.
*I am willing to take a leadership role if need be, but have no problems deferring to another player advocate if their skill set or situation would lead to an easier resolution.
*I'm a great listener. I will take everyone's concerns to heart, and help them decide what to do moving forward, whether it be a gentleman's agreement or charter-based action.
I think that every one of the people that has put their name forward for this position would do a wonderful job, and I would be honored to work with any of them. I want to make sure that ECC is a growing community that is safe and fun and a great time investment for everyone involved.
For those of you that don’t know me, I will be around ECC early this weekend to answer questions. If you don’t know who I am, most anyone will be able to point me out. Thanks for your consideration!
