By order of the Sheriff, all individuals that fell and were collected or restrained, from the battle near Pioneer Square or elsewhere, are to be immediately turned over to the Sheriff, under the Authority of his position as such. Any hesitation in complying with such, will be met with harsh judgement, for all those involved or with knowledge of such things.
All individuals, friend and foe, shall not be tampered with before arriving in the hands of the Sheriff.
Any who have collected the fallen, are expected to comply before the fall of the next night.
