Nigel grimaced against the pain in his chest, staring out the window at the lights of the city he had grown so fond of. His lips slipped into a tight embrace with each other, making the thinnest of lines, as the pencil mustache tried to make it an awkward threesome.
The phone glowed in his hands, as it accepted the commands he gave it, and spilled out its secrets into the dark.
He sent the message to everyone he had contact information for, anyone who might listen and receive the warning that could save their life:
((Any character EXCEPT THE NOSFERATU who has email or text capability, and to whom Nigel or Lady Keket has received contact info from, you receive this message from Nigel's phone))
"Let it be known to all, that the individual known as Eddington cannot be trusted with delicate information or secrets, as he is eager to receive the scraps from his Majestic master's table. Take heed and avoid any deals with him or the family that supports him, or you may suffer the same fate as those he has betrayed."
As soon as it was sent and verified that it had been dispatched, he took the battery out of the phone, removed the Sim card and the chip, crushed them in his tight fist, and dropped everything into a dish of water.
Then he sat back, and quietly sipped his Earl Grey.
'Ahhh, well. Had to end sometime. Immortality isn't really immortality, after all. It's just a longer fuse, with more dynamite at the end.'
