In the interest in transparency, here are some recent calls we've made.
These aren't house rules, but some tendencies we have expressed for a couple of things in some specific situations during live play. We might tend to go back to these calls in the future, or we might not, but either way, hopefully this will serve as a guide to our thinking on a number of things. Staff discusses on-the-fly calls we made so that we can get on the same page each week.
Summon - A target is only under the effect of the latest summon.
Majesty - Takes an action. The rules printed for resisting Majesty under the power description supersede those which are printed under Presence, the general power.
Willpower - You can only spend a non-reflexive willpower on your specific initiative turn
Auspex - Perception + Awareness diff. 8 with more succ than the caster to see a blurry image of a Psychically Projected guy.
Chimerstry - If you want to share Horrid Reality it takes a turn to manifest an illusion
Obfuscate - footage viewed after an event reveals what was really going on only after dawn the following day
There you have it. We'll post more of them as they happen. Again, the goal here is not to build a big list of house rules. We could change our minds about some of these based on the situation at hand, or if we find some other mechanic that seems to contradict these.
