Hello Kindred of Prince Orleans’s Seattle.
In the next few months the Hounds and myself will be monitoring Protectorate patrolling.
Each clan is responsible for the well being of your entrusted Protectorate.
Unless otherwise arranged I am going to assume the job belongs to the two lowest status members of your clan.
Only with everyone’s help can we keep our city safe.

Rest assure if there is a problem in an area of Seattle, my first point of contact will be with the clan that is charged with monitoring that area.
