Delivered to All - A letter from the Prince

The following letter is delivered to each citizen of the city, but what means are possible, and most acceptable.
Residents of the Emerald Domain,
I write to each and every one of you who, like me, call this great city home, to inform you of the Final Death of Bastion Orleans, of Clan Toreador, Prince of Seattle between the years 1889 and 2015. It is with a heavy heart that I must share with you, as his former Seneschal and one who knew him well, some details of his last battle - a battle he fought with that very same foe we must all battle each and every night - the battle with his Beast. On the night of the Twenty-Second of March, in this, the year Two Thousand and Fifteen, Bastion Orleans' last, tenuous grasp on his Humanitas was broken, reducing this once great Kindred to nothing more than a mindless Threat to the city he had once protected. This threat took from us two upstanding members of Clan Tremere as they defended those of the city, and our Sheriff, Dino Levoy of Clan Gangrel, as in his frenzy, the monster that Orleans had become committed the Amaranth. For this reason, in continuation of his noble purpose as Prince, and in accordance with his desire to protect this city, like all threats to our Home, Bastion Orleans was destroyed.
Now, know this - I, Isabella Stanton, of the Clan Ventrue, do hereby declare Praxis, and claim this Domain, the city of Seattle, as mine, in the name of Peace, Prosperity, and Security. Let any who would contest this know that they stand against these noble tenants, and will be dealt with as would any other threat to the safety and stability of the great Emerald Domain, just as Bastion Orleans was.
Though I am shall not be available for the gathering in the next short weeks I shall have members of my council available to the citizens of the domain. My Council of Primogen shall include Allessandra Eleanora Viviana of Clan Toreador, Alphonse Gerbeille Marquis D’Angerville of Clan Nosferatu, Reginald Perigold III of Clan Gangrel, and Alden Blethen of Clan Ventrue.
Be it known that the city shall be served by Amelia Devlin-Price of Clan Nosferatu as Keeper of Elysium, Craig Duncan of Clan Ventrue as Herald, Shade of Clan Nosferatu as Cyber Warden, Cristiano Orisha of Clan Lasombra as Sheriff, Giles Ambrose of Clan Ventrue will serve as one of the Hounds.
I am, this very night, working in earnest to confront these continuing threats to us all; Hunters, Wolves, and all those who work in service of the delusions of the Sabbat. As your Prince, I shall treasure and protect any and all to whom I grant Hospitality in my Domain, and require only that each and every one of you honour our hallowed Traditions, and do all that you can to aid me in any way I may require of you. In this vein be it also known that places of Art and Culture are consider Elysium and protected as such.
In three weeks’ time, I shall hold the first gathering of my Court, and I invite those of my Domain to present themselves before me with their Wisdom and Petitions. All matters of Domain and Territory shall be reconsidered, until then they will be honored as it stands.
