Citizens of the Camarilla,
Be advised there is a grave threat of hunters within the Domain of Seattle. These hunters are of disparate groups of varying degrees of resources and competence however, at least one group is known to possess divine powers and is extremely dangerous. Even without the powers of Heavenly Father though all hunters are dangerous and a threat to the Masquerade.
The sun is bane to us all and will be used against us in the coming weeks. I would advise the Citizens of the Camarilla shore up their haven defenses in the coming weeks. Have means to protect your haven from fire, ensure your haven guards are well armed and well equipped, and ensure you have a means of escape should you be attacked in force. The Office of the Warden is at the disposal of Citizens of the Camarilla who wish help with boosting their haven defenses.
It is also advised that all members of the Camarilla keep a low profile in the weeks to come. Tread lightly in your dealings and do not draw attention. Kindred of this Domain in the past have on occasion created ruckus and mayhem for little more reason than they were bored. Know that this sort of action now while this city is under siege by hunters will be met with swift and unmerciful punishment.
If engaged by a group of hunters you are to take all actions that are safe to the Masquerade to escape the threat. Only do battle with the hunters if you are put in a position that escape is impossible or would breech the Masquerade. If you are forced to engaging with a group of hunters know that they will often record such hunts for training or propaganda reasons. Know that non subtle powers of the Blood caught on tape are considered a grave breech of the Masquerade. Should a Kindred of the Domain breech the Masquerade in this way they will be expected to clean the breech by whatever means are necessary. Failure to do so will be met with swift and unmerciful punishment.
Any information gathered on the hunter threat must be brought to either the Office of the Sheriff or the Office of the Warden without hesitation. Failure to do so will be met with swift and unmerciful punishment.
In service,
Sir Eric Locke
Warden of Seattle
Knight of the Camarilla
Childer of Sir Morien, Sheriff of London
