So, as it was discussed tonight, the time has come. What time is that? Why, the crack down time.
Huh?
Game has been starting later and later, and ending in the same pattern. We, the STs, and we believe many of the players, would like to see game starting on time and ending on time.
To this end, we will be taking a hard line on individual stories AT game. It's our job to entertain everybody, but we can't do that when we're busy running stories for one person at a time.
Starting this game, if there is some individual story bits you would like to be involved in that are not directly related to what the Storytellers are currently running, be it investigating something, learning something, or just dinking around in the Caern, you will need to contact a Storyteller during the week. This can be done by email or phone or in person, but NOT at game. If you wait until game to contact a Storyteller, you will, unfortunately, receive this for a response.
We want everyone at game to have fun, including us.
As a side note, if packs/groups want to email things they plan to do at game to the STs, it would help us greatly in scheduling it in for the night and making sure you have the right ST for your encounters.
Also, we will be reviving the check in sheet! If you don't check in, you won't get your XP for the evening.
To start this wonderful time-saving device, you will be required to put down your first name and last initial (if necessary) or known moniker, your character name, and initial/sign your name.
Along with this information, we'll also be collecting info this weekend on packs and their totems. Make sure you have information on your totems on you or that this information is on file with Henry already.
Now, if folks want to email me (Sarah) some of this information before game, I'll be doing the last check of my email on Saturday at 6pm and then I can get your information all set up before game. Then all you have to do is initial for your check in.
Here's to a smoother running game with bigger and better stories!
Game on!
