Just a notice from your friendly Werewolf staff that this week we will begin requiring that all items of any importance to your characters have an accompanying 3"x5" index card, written in pen, signed by the STs. Items that require cards include...
- ANY weapon.
- ANY fetish or talen.
- ANY fake form of identification.
- ANY vehicle, umbral or real.
- ANY important plot item (bloodsoaked note, key to a door in the umbra, fruit supplied by a fae, etc).
- MOST crafted items (anything of more than passing significance).
(This list may be edited without warning to include or exclude new items at any time.)
For the moment, however, we will be requesting that if you bring up an item you possess in the future for use in a scene, and we respect your claim to it (you've had it all this time, you ran a scene that we recall that proves your ownership of it) you will be allowed to make a card for it on the spot and it will be signed for you (unless we can't verify the item's properties at that time). We're not going to jump into next game and be real hardasses about this, but we are intending to be hardasses in the future so we're gearing the game up for it. ;D
As far as character sheets go, there are a couple rules we're going to be following in the future:
#1. If you do not have your character sheet with you, you may still roleplay, but you will automatically lose all tests.
- #1.a. If you do not have your character sheet, and find yourself in a combat scene that your character is not necessary in, you are allowed to run away for free.
- #1.b. If you do not have your character sheet, and you find yourself in a combat scene that has everything to do with your character (for instance, if you STARTED it), you are NOT allowed to run away for free.
#2. All character sheets must be signed or stamped. If a character sheet is not signed or stamped, it does not count and you will be treated as if your character sheet does not exist until you get it signed or stamped.
