You may have noticed that when you create a new post there is now a link at the top of the posting fields that says "Insert Out of Character Tags".
This puts the following tags around any highlighted text: [OOC] and [/OOC]
EDIT: The above was boring - the below is more interesting/clear.
So if you wanted to indicate an 'out of character' section of a post or PM with one click you could do so.
*Please note that the addition of a board feature does, of course, NOT change any of the rules about midweek interactions being 'written in the sand', or make sections of text that don't have the OOC tags around them suddenly free to use for the purposes of metagaming.
Example of the OOC tag in action:
OoC>>The names of the below characters have been changed to protect the innocent.<<OoC
Bob had two Sabbat by the throat by the time I came in to help with the 'interrogation'.
"You think you're gonna survive the night an you've got another thing coming!" he was shouting...
OoC>>I think you get the idea. Have fun!<<OoC
