VICTOR IS DEAD!

I met with the ST's today and they agree that the celerity issue was a mistake so we backed up the scene and continued the scene. In the end Victor still died.

I am O.K. with this, The scene was run fairly and we double-checked any rules questions on both sides as we went along.

So I want to let everyone know; your ST's have admitted to making an error, have fixed it and settled the issue. I have seen the character sheets of the Sabbat and do not think any of them were over powered for the intent they are planned for.

Please continue to play as Victor had died, and consult the ST's to any actions taken to investigate Victors death.

Yep, we will step right up and admit we made a bad call in the combat and worked towards resolving it.

Kyle, thanks a ton for showing up to our ST meeting to go over this with us to come out to a resolution. I appreciate the "extra mile" you put into it with this.

As well, thanks for taking a death so well. It's good to see people take a character death, especially one as long played as this, and not only leave the meeting smiling, but helping us plot future things. *chuckle*

I'd like to thank both Kyle and the STs for making sure there wasn't any concern about rule twinkery being what killed a character. I'm glad to be in a game where these concerns are evaluated and addressed.

You've been quite sporting about it, Kyle; which is a tremendous credit to your own character, considering the conclusion of years of effort, development, interaction with others and matters solved or not. That it was done in a manner which you called fair is not something that everyone can say they have been blessed with.

I can only hope that E's passing shall be conducted with such consideration and fairness. Even as Victor died, you have set a precedent that will hopefully sustain after all of SBC's current characters have departed.
