So Elspeth had a rough go at the PaperMans job last game.
It seems that we were out of Character Sheets and thanks to another player (of Bruiser I think) we were able to get a small emergency supply, but I thought to myself, "How can we be out of them when not too long ago I donated over one thousand copies."
Well, that not too long ago was June 18, 2005 so I guess we aren't doing that bad, but people 250 CharSheets per month for four months or 75 per game session on the average. This seems a bit excessive, but then again, people forget thier sheets and have to get another one. Oh and they forgot thier Ghouls sheets as well and have to get more, Oh yeah, they forgot thier Underworld Contact 3 sheet and have to get another one. The list goes on, but need I?
And when the next week comes around and they forgot that they forgot the previous week and repeat the process over and over again, you get the point.
Week after Week this adds up.
Perhaps a surcharge for replacement CharSheets should be applied?
The average cost of a single-sided standard letter sized copy is $.07, not including tax.
Yes, I know we have players that work at Kinko's and get an employee discount, but I don't know what that is right off hand and this is not the point.
Not to mention the amount of time that it takes Phil or some other staff member to assist in correcting your forgetful ways.
Conservation of Resources is the responsibility of each and every one of us, especially the resources of Emerald Chonicles who relies on donations for nearly everything that is made available for use.
SO Please, Remember your sheets or better yet, leave the original at home and make your own replacement copy to bring with you to game, but you have to remember to bring it in the first place.
