HST Election timeline moved! This weekend!

Due to players asking we have decided to move up hst elections to this coming weekend.

If you oppose this or need more time because you wish to run but was expecting to announce closer to the November date please let staff know ASAP.


We'd like voting to happen from 10:05- 10:30. If you'll be late email staff or call, even if it's during game. I'll be checking.

Please email the other HSTs so they know you are applying for the job and that they need to show up to count votes and make sure everything is fair per the charter.

If these things don't happen the election is not valid.

2nd: If unable to make it by such time will we be able to send our vote by proxy?

As per the charter I think you can e-mail the current HST or vote by proxy.

Decision was made at a staff meeting she was present for. Does she really need to? I mean i guess she could respond with "im the current HST. And i approve this posting."
