Ok, Finally we have some dates and times for the final week of the HH. We need all hands and large vehicles on hand for these, and xp is up for grabs.
Wed Oct 24 6pm Mad Dog Prop shop pick up. We need people with big cars and/or strong backs. Bring ppl who need rides, bring your big vehicle to transport props. Props will go into the ART ROOM at the BGC. If you arrive at the BGC before 11pm to drop them off that night, you will need to go through the "front" courtyard NOT the gym as there are other renters in the gym until 11pm.
Thurs Oct 25th 6pm BGC start set up. Come by and help Captain Visqueen and the directors get the build on! Hang visqueen, run lights, drag props around, and EARN XP!
Friday Oct 26th (time tba) BGC continue set up. We can come in before 6pm, but must be careful to go straight upstairs and not interact with the BGC occupants. They have insurance requirements, it isn't personal. We'll work out time details.
Saturday Oct 27th
10am- 5pm BGC finish set up. We put the finishing touches on everything, do dry runs, get people into cosutme and make up and get it ready to go!
5pm-10pm The HH is "open" from 6-9, but we need to be ready to dress rehersal run the bgc officials thru it by 530. In the past, we've had a few stragglers after 9pm, so we want to expect to end a little later.
10p till we're done. BGC tear down. All the stuff must come down, get packed away, taken home or put in the art room if its going back to the prop shop. This is the hardest part of the day, believe it or not, since all our actors and directors are so tired by now (some of us will have been there 12 hrs) so we need fresh energetic helpers to tear down and clean up. The more hands we have, the faster it goes, so if you can possibly do this part PLEASE DO.
Sunday Oct 28th 2pm BGC to prop shop. There is a church group in the BGC until 2pm, so we'll show up right after, grab everything in the art room and drive it back up to the Maddog Prop shop where helpful Kirsten will be waiting to let us put everything away. We need big cars and strong backs. We need to put everything away neatly in the prop shop where it goes and not just leave it. Remember these guys let us rent these props free, so we want to leave a good impression!
Remember, xp for everything you do!
