And the Emerald sky burned. That is the short version of my absence in these last weeks. I understand that there are many rumors floating around, but rest easy as all is well. But they certainly are interesting to hear! Of course, if you would like these rumors dismissed, and facts instilled- simply approach me on the matter. Or, of course, if you simply enjoy these war tales then continue on.
Our lovely Elleaunpzanah Gentilesxhi Pisano Salazar De Corazon has taken on the role of Senechal as a more permanent role, as was announced this last week in Elysium. She will do quite well in this role, of course, as she is quite Talented.
Now as far as our little economy goes, we have only a few reported boons this week. A Nosferatu by the name of John will be assisting our newcomer Brother Ashford, a Malkavian, in getting to know the city a little better. For this, a Minor.
I have granted a Major inconvenience on my part in my gratitude to our new friend Jaheda, of clan Assimite, for my rescue nearly two weeks ago now. I found myself gifted a sharp piece of wood by our Warmaster Luthius that evening. Jaheda took me to the safety of my clan, without any question. And while I am grateful for Luthius' perseverance in halting any threat to the domain, I was quite confused as to my role in such. Honestly I still am, so if our Brave Defender would kindly step up and speak with me about it I would be most appreciative.
Now, in the interim whilst I await Luthius' call to see when I might be available to speak, I looked into the boon records and was surprised- or not so much- as to what I saw. There are many Minor favors he owes, and a few Major ones as well. Some described as favors owed for “punishment” and “education”. Others are a little more concerning. Boons are transferred at death, typically. If you are to kill someone, you take on their debts. Luthius owes such a boon. Also, there is the matter of the Major boons owed for killing the Gangrel Justicar. I am certain you can see why I am eager for a conversation, and concerned that I have thus far been refused such.
Our domain was as blessed to to receive one Miss Siuan, a woman with questions as to the death of Tiberius Harkness nearly two weeks ago.
Oh! Right! Though our city's ranks did not diminish at all, one we all know as Tiberius Harkness, registered on the books as a previously tolerated Toreador anarch, perished at the hands of Mr Hamza and Warmaster Luthius. The accused Infernalist was blood hunted, and though he had the chance, never made it back to Elysium. Of course, we miss the charming man but the shadows that followed... not so much. I am curious as to what the Anarch's reactions might be.
For the final death of Tiberius Harkness, and all of his hard work, Luthius received the status Witch Hunter. I can not wait to discuss this with members of his clan... The Tremere. Perhaps the high standing Miss Siuan can give me some opinion on this that I might share.
