Firstly, I had a chance to speak with Primogen Geist of clan Gangrel. He would like everyone to know that as he is Stalwart so is Aristat.
On a side note, I’ve noticed in the records that the Revered Geist still seems to be known as House-Trained, a status bestowed upon him some 6 months ago by the Greater Harpy Beatrix Mangano. Apparently it was because he attended and other Gangrel attended the gathering for then prince Luthias back in early April. Personally, I was not at this event, so I don’t have details of the scandal. But, given that the point of the the scandal seems to have been the Gangrel were defending then Prince Luthias, I am wondering if this scandal is still truly applicable. Of course, I can’t really say anything about it in any official capacity, I can simply ask the question.
Last week I mentioned the desire to see the masks of Janus that led to him being declared Clever. I had a chance to see one of his masks, and I can certainly say it was a very clever mask.
Arriving from New York, Nathan of clan Brujah was Acknowledged in this domain. He is quite skilled in his knowledge of security systems, perhaps he would be willing to lend that skill to those that need it.
The Loyal Moira of clan Nosferatu has returned from Paris. Apparently she spent her time there studying and learning and is glad to be back in Seattle.
The Loyal, Feared, Honorable, Servire(sp?) Octavio Papo Cortes of Clan Brujah has recently returned. From where, he can’t say, something to do with working with Archons.
What did seem odd about his well-respected individual, is he spent at least an hour down in Tacoma after his arrival speaking with the Anarchs. Of what, I don’t know, but I did hear a tale that he is looking to open a club in Capitol Hill where both Anarchs and Camarilla would be allowed.
Rumor has it that the Wise David Price is planning to step down as Masquer of this city. He has mentioned a possible replacement to me, but I don’t know if it is public knowledge, so I will direct questions to him. Though, I have heard that the Feared Sheriff Hephaestus has suggested Moira’s name, either for the position or an assistant. Hopefully she learned during her time in Paris to not stand up and walk away after getting shot in the head in a public location.
Some may recall that there were rumors about Wraiths and evil spirits being involved in the death of Lars Gruber and others of the upper court. Apparently the Giovanni clan took those accusations seriously and dispatched an Elder to investigate if any of the Giovanni in this town took part in a struggle for Praxis, which would seem like a violation of the Treaty of 1528 if that was the case. This elder has claimed that he has fully investigated the Giovanni in the city and none of them were involved. He says that if there was the involvement of ghosts, he was unable to discover evidence of it. Though, he has noted that there is apparently a rogue necromancer on the fringes of the domain that he is working to track down. Oh, and he also noted that the Giovanni are not the exclusive necromancers in the world, that other clans, such as the Samedi, have necromantic powers.
