Hey everyone,
So here is the skinny thus far. I am willing to host another meeting at my place this Friday night 9-27-13 at 7pm at my house. For my address please email me at hauntedhouse@emeraldchronicles.com.

I would like each director to come if able. If not, I understand but at least send me an email with what you would like for me to discuss on your behalf. Please send me information that you need me to discuss on your behalf.
As for what we have so far. We have a number of scenes that have some serious promise and some smaller scenes to keep the tension as the groups go from each major scene where there may be some extra walking.
What I need:
I need actors and builders. Each director needs help building a set and wonderful people to help bring it to life in the eyes of the little children. If you know you work well with a director please shout out to them on the boards or over email. I ask that any talk about haunted house all cc my email so I can be in the loop. I have no patten pending on haunted houses so I don't need all emails just when something has been thought up so that I can make sure it fits the tone and requirements of the BGC.
I know I need someone who can help build a false floor for a scene - seek out Sheena if you have an idea for that.
Props needed.
I need beds and cots. If you have a way to help with providing a hospital bed like environment we have need. This years is going to have a number of tables for bodies to be on as well as hospital beds. There is one scene in the works were 4+ cots will be needed.
I need a large drum can (think like an empty 60 gal drum)
We need lots of doctor coats and scrubs.
Fake surgical equipment
Fake organs and tissue
Thank you for all you have done and all we will do as a team to help make this year another one for the record books for the BGC.

Prop shop pre-runs
schedule for prop pick up
schedule for prop tear down
mapping out the locations for each scene. (If you want a specific spot then come to the meeting or email and stake a claim).
