For Your Consideration
.CRIMINAL, the suffering
Pawns: Aristat, Ophelia Tempest as Chenoa
.It makes me think like a CRIMINAL,
Status: Worrying and Defending
.The suffering ...
Setting: A furnished room
.When we're alone...

Breathing. Air passed through their lungs as if it were natural to them. She and Chenoa sat in silence in Kent without much to say to one another.. the overbearing pain of failure hung like a knife over their heads, and Aristat could only focus on the sound of breath. 3 others were in the room with them--only one did not draw this natural pulse into himself. The sound of heartbeats was an ever-present reminder of the consequences of failure. . .
She could imagine the feelings that she would have to cope with, but she could not embrace them. . . Prepare, the mind said. . . The worst is coming. When not even my name, with every tassle of status hung on it, could bring an Alastor here. . . the odds are diving ever further down. Aristat’s eyes turned to the woman beside her, watching Chenoa as Chenoa watched her ghouls--a protective warmth flowed from her without effort. Will I die. . ? I have faced nothing like this before. . . Her eyes moved back to the boys sitting with bored expressions on their faces, seemingly unphased by the imminence of their destruction. Her mind drifted back to the week prior..
Her sword in her hand, the aura of her personality shielding him from his overwhelming equalizer… “Can’t we talk?” He said, and she spoke aloud, “Dylan Bruce, Enemy of the Camarilla, I give you notice that my blade aims to destroy you.” He seemed to be amused, but she danced forward and struck anyway. The overwhelming knowledge each time his sword parried hers that she had almost gotten in destroyed her. She expended her will. She struggled forward. Her beast screamed in her head. “I suppose not.” And her sword slipped past. Just for a moment, with her body gripped in frenzy.. flame and blade slid into his shoulder and cut true and harsh, but that look was one of ecstasy.. and when his eyes met hers, she couldn’t move. . . “You look hungry. . . Are you hungry. . ?”
